The design and meaning of the Diamond Heart Harmony symbol, that is located above, was provided by Ascended Masters Sananda, Mother Mary, and the Council of Light. The pink diamond in the center, represents self-love. Above the pink diamond is the upper part of the heart, that is golden, which represents wisdom. The circle around the heart, which is blue represents, one's will. All are within the yellow triangle that represents, one's Presence. And the lower part of the diamond, which is opalescent in color, is all of the above.

The activation of the Diamond Heart Harmony session begins when one makes an appointment. After the date has been set, two celestial guides assist the individual before going to the vortex. It has been suggested that the individual focus one's attention, on goals he or she wishes to attain. Once the appointment has been made, some people have said, the quality of their diet and dreams began to change and they began also to let go of things that no longer served them, in order to make room for this expansion.

Upon arrival, for a session at the Diamond Heart Harmony Center, one is first shown the "The Vortex of Destiny". In the center of the vortex, there is a satin laced covered table on a golden rug. Above this table, there are an array of energy crystals, that are hanging from the ceiling, and two large copper spirals that are on two opposite corners of the room.

During the Diamond Heart Harmony experience, Somar and Conor stand by the sides of the individual, who is lying on the table. The three of us, create a trinity (an empowered state), which facilitates this hands on activation of unconditional love. Since the soul never dies, it maintains a record of the person's embodiments. Somar then channels the ascended masters or archangels who proceeds to tell stories about empowered past lives and future existences. Unconditional love was used in these empowering existences, which oftentimes demonstrated the individual's expanded realization, and utilization of the creative force, that can now be grounded in the present through the assistance of these activations.

Time is alloted in the Vortex before the activation, to address goals and concerns and also experiences that have occurred since making the appointment. During the unconditional love activation, one's energy fields, including chakras, meridians, and strands of DNA are being balanced, harmonized and expanded. Somar channels the ascended masters and archangels who proceeds to tell about empowered past lives and future existences, while Conor, who is a Reiki Master, places his hands on the individual lying on the table. The expanded awareness that is being brought forth, on the soul level, can assist an individual in attaining clarity and purpose. The three of us create a trinity, an empowered state. Unconditional love was used in these empowering existences, which demonstrated the individual's expanded realization and utilization of the creative force. Since the earth has gone from the third to the fourth dimension, and now to the fifth dimension, energy tools may also be brought forth, to assist an individual with one's loving use, of the creative force. These tools were sometimes used during past and future existences, and can be used now in the present, through affirmation and visualization. One of the most empowering aspects of the Diamond Heart Harmony session is when an archangel and, or ascended master, that Somar channels, usually states, "thank you for calling me forth". In other words you have called the ascended master or archangel forth through your Presence on the soul level. A balance of energies takes place here, because the individual lying on the table is now being assisted by beings, that at other lifetimes they have been or have assisted.

During the activations, one's energy fields, including chakras, meridians , and strands of DNA are being balanced, harmonized and grounded. The expanded awareness that is brought forth, on the soul level, can assist an individual in grounding attaining clarity, purchase, and abundance while going through their earthly experiences. Since the earth has gone from the third to the fourth, and now to the fifth dimension, the individual accesses through "Rays of Light and Sound", empowering awareness and energy tools, from the past and future existences, that can be used, in attaining their present goals. These tools can be used now, in the present, through affirmation and visualiation.

With the two sets of number frequencies and a sound ray that are given in the session, one can call forth the "Ray of Light", that are on the soul level, of their akashic records in order to expand and ground one's purposes and goals in one's life. A sound ray is also given which can assist in recollecting a memory of past or future times, on this planet or other star systems.

The soul records events and experiences from other existences on other galaxies, universes or ancient places on earth, such as Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt, et cetera. The Diamond Heart Harmony is an activation of unconditional love, that is attuned to the individual's soul's frequencies. Included in The Diamond Heart Harmony sessions in the vortex, there is an activation and expansion of one's merkabah. A merkabah is an individual's interdimensional vehicle. This vehicle can be used as a vehicle of acceleration, that can transform other energies.

Most people don't want to get off the table after the session, because they are in a state of oneness. They are feeling very present, not only expanded and aware, but also grounded. When one listens to the tape of the session repeatedly, one can better feel the harmony and balance that they felt in the vortex.

The first time one experiences the Diamond Heart Harmony session , it is an activation of "Divine Love", which honors one's divinity. The second time is an activation of "Divine Wisdom", and the third session is "Divine Will". These initial sessions are the first three of many other planetary, galactic and universal activations that can be experienced in the "Vortex of Destiny". It has been suggested that an individual wait at least 21 days between each session, to assimilate and create with, their expanded consciousness.

This activation utilizes the multi-faceted Spectrums of Light, to ground the expansion of "Joyfullness, Lightness and Happiness" in your heart. People have used these sessions to ask questions that pertain to their daily lives, and through unconditional love, release and transmute energies that no longer serve them. These sessions, assist an individual, not only in the present experience, but also in their future existences.

An important principle to remember during and after the Diamond Heart Harmony activations, is that one be present with Source, and then call forth and communicate with any archangel or ascended master, to assist them. When one is present, and comes from an empowered state, through unconditional love, one is better able to assist oneself and others, and thus is entitled to be assisted. When in meditation, contemplation, or when using affirmations, be present , and then call forth the number frequencies and the sound of remembrance, from your recorded tape given in the session. This process will assist the individual to gain more insight and awarenesses of their multidimensional places and events from the present, future or past, to be used in the present for expanding one's own energy system and consciousness.

The Diamond Heart Harmony assists one's ascension process. These multidimensional activations of the individual, occur on many different levels, including the physical, emotional, mental, etheric, and celestial bodies, et cetera. So through these activations of unconditional and universal love, the expanded individual is better able to assist oneself and others through their personal journey in the ascension process.

There is a time period near the end of the session, for the individual to ask personal questions, or questions that pertain to the channeled information that has just been given. The reason for this is, because the completed stories have a message. Questions on the completed stories are then asked and answered, at a clearer level of awareness and insight.

The Diamond Heart Harmony session lasts one hour: forty five minutes of channeled information and fifteen minutes is available to ask questions to the ascended masters.
